The media, marketing and advertising industries are full of women-led initiatives that talk about the rise of women and talk about the serious lack of representation of women and women of color among the senior ranks. In an effort to spearhead action among mid-career executives and women of color, the Advertising Club of New York is initiating its first Leadership MasterClass and Fellowship Program.
