Publicis’ ZenithOptimedia has created a new regional organization for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, and has promoted Nicole Pruesse to serve as its CEO. Pruesse previously was CEO of ZO’s German operations. She will also continue to serve as chairman of VivaKi’s operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In her new role, Pruesse adds responsibility for 21 Central and Eastern European markets, Russia and the Netherlands.

She will be based in Germany and will report directly to worldwide CEO Steve King.
