Norwegian fan favorite ComfyBalls, which sells what it calls the ultimate comfort boxer trunks, has a problem: The U.S. Patent Office has refused to grant it a trademark, alleging the name of the product “includes immoral or scandalous matter.” So the company has set up a “Fight For Your Balls” polling page to ask Americans to see if they agree, which includes a write-in spot for a better name. (Comfybrothers is currently ahead, but it’s early.) And for anyone wondering what a ComfyBalls invasion might look like, check out one of its popular “Pants Without Hands” ad, in which Team Ulsrud (Norwegian curling champs) put on their pants, handsfree.
