Deep Focus Adds London, Los Angeles Offices

Agency Deep Focus, part of Lake Capital’s Engine Group, has opened offices in London and Los Angeles, the shop confirmed Thursday.

The London expansion is being accomplished by rebranding sibling agency Jam Deep Focus. Heading operations as CEO of Deep Focus UK is Richard Costa-D’Sa, who is shifting from his previous position as the managing director of Jam. His responsibilities also include leading the agency’s cross-office client, talent and new product initiatives.

Digital and creative talent from entertainment and content marketing agency Trailer Park join Deep Focus to become the Los Angeles office. The new location is led by Mark Cibort, who joins from Trailer Park, where he ran the agency’s digital operations.

The agency said the locations diversify the agency’s services with a wider range of digital, social and marketing capabilities. They also provide increased global strategic insights capabilities and an additional 95,000 square feet of production and post-production facilities.
