Set Creative Taps Issaq As CEO To Expand U.S. Business

Set Creative, WPP’s specialist experiential agency, has named Chad Issaq as CEO of its U.S. operations.

Issaq reports to Dominic Grainger, CEO of WPP’s Specialist Communications.

Previously, he was executive vice president, business development-partnerships for Superfly. There, he co-founded the company's agency division and produced national festivals, including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands and BravoCon.

IP monetization and brand activations are among Issaq's specialties.

Dominic Grainger, CEO of WPP’s specialist communications group of companies, said: "We have ambitious plans for Set Creative and Chad’s skill-set will be invaluable as we look to grow the business."

Issaq added that he was eager to collaborate with other WPP agencies to expand the client business and "elevate the experiential marketing landscape."

The 17-year-old Set Creative has offices in London, New York and Portland. It delivers pop ups, live events and brand activations for B2B and B2C companies. Its client work has included Bentley, Google, Coca-Cola, Castrol, Mazda, HSBC and New Balance.
