San Francisco-based independent advertising agency Venables Bell & Partners has launched a brand-consultancy division called vbp orange. The division will do brand strategy, concept and
experiential design, as well as new product development and ideation solutions to existing VB&P clients and new clients.
The agency said Harlan Kennedy, director of strategy, Blake
Bäkken, design director and Colleen McGee, director of brand development will head vbp orange.
Clients include Audi of America, The March of Dimes, Media X at Stanford University, Zero1 and
Fineco. Orange is building a customer experience platform for Audi.
“The orange folks have displayed a deep understanding of our brand, and they are laser-focused on creating
real-world solutions that will make the brand truly felt by our customers,” said Jeri Ward, director of customer experience, Audi of America.
McGee has been a key leader on the Audi
account since the agency won the business in 2006, per VB&P, which says she has overseen every major launch for Audi. When she was at Arnold she worked on the Volkswagen account and the
automaker's “Drivers Wanted” campaign.
