Eyeota Expands Into U.S., Opens New York Office

Audience data provider Eyeota announced on Tuesday that it has opened its first office in the United States -- to be initially comprised of data analysis, product development, marketing and account support staffers.

Located near New York’s Union Square, the U.S. expansion comes on the heels of a successful funding round earlier in the year.

In the coming months, the company plans to double is employee count in New York, as well as seeking to expand into Chicago and key cities in California.

“Data is expected to take center stage in 2017, with marketers focusing on ways to make ads and content more relevant and less intrusive to audiences,” Kevin Tan, Eyeota CEO and co-founder, told Real-Time Daily via email. “As we expand into the U.S. market, we’re looking at 2017 as a banner year for Eyeota and anticipate strong growth.”

Tan has made the move to the U.S. from Singapore to supervise the company’s growth into the North American market.

Eyeota currently has relationships with key agencies and trading partners in Europe, APAC and the Americas, including MasterCard, Dentsu Aegis Network, WPP, NEO @ Ogilvy, Havas, GroupM, Omnicom Group and iProspect.
