    DOUG HURST was named senior vice president and general manager of non-linear distribution at Scripps. Hurst will manage Scripps Networks' relationships with non-linear distributors, which include Web sites, mobile services, video on demand, syndicated broadband and download to own video services.

    ANDREA MONDELLO was named web editor of SuccessMagazine.com. Mondello will oversee editorial content of the Web site, creating online exclusives that expand print offerings and developing interactive features. Mondello joins Success from iCrossing, where she served as web developer.

    Gospel Music Channel hired PAUL BUTLER as president, business affairs and development, responsible for managing the legal and business affairs of the network. Butler previously worked for VH1 and Country Music Television.

    Steak Media named JOY REMUZZI as marketing director. Most recently, Remuzzi served as business development and marketing manager at SEM consultancy Greenlight Search Marketing.

    PAM SLAY has been promoted to senior vice president, network program publicity, Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. Since 2002, Slay has served as vice president, network program publicity, Hallmark Channel.

    TOBY SACHS, most recently svp, group management director at Draftfcb in Chicago, has been named the new chief global growth officer.
  • FRED DOSCHER
    Dow Jones Online named FRED DOSCHER as director, market intelligence and ANITA MATALIA as sales production manager, both with the strategic sales and marketing group. Doscher has more than 12 years in market research with Ask.com, AC Nielsen and most recently, Forbes.com. Matalia joins from CBS Digital Media where she was a senior project manager working on CBS Sportsline.com.
