    KBS Toronto hired Brenda Surminski as head of broadcast. Surminski joins the agency from a freelancing position. Prior to that, she was head of broadcast at Ogilvy and Mather for 10 years, serving as a key player in the successful repositioning of Unilever's Dove brand. She is perhaps best known for her work on the Dove viral web campaign "Evolution," which received the first ever Cannes double Grand Prix award.
