    360 Youth announces the hire of KEITH KANE as Director, Book Cover Sales. In his role, Kane will oversee 360 Youth's national program of sponsored textbook covers. He comes to 360 Youth most recently from Proforce Media Group. Prior to that, Kane worked for Primedia's Cover Concepts, where he was responsible for a 20 million dollar K-12 book cover program.

    RANDY DORAN has left Valueclick, Inc., where he served as a Junior Account Executive to join the sales staff of American Way Magazine, the in-flight publication from American Airlines. Doran will serve as an assistant liaison between the sales and marketing teams.
  • JEFF GRALNICK: NBC
    JEFF GRALNICK is returning to NBC as the executive in charge of “The News with Brian Williams.” Gralnick previously held the position of Executive Producer for “NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw” from 1993-96. Additionally, PATRICK BURKEY, who has been the senior broadcast producer for the “The News with Brian Williams” since 2002, will expand his daily role. Gralnick will have oversight of the broadcast while Burkey will be responsible for the daily production of the hour-long newscast.

    Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos announced the appointment of MIKE SHEEHAN as Chief Executive Officer. Sheehan becomes the first non-founding partner of the agency to hold the title of CEO. Sheehan was named as the company's president of U.S. operations in 2002, a title Sheehan will retain as CEO. Sheehan started in the advertising business as a copywriter, working at Clarke Goward and Ingalls Advertising, both in Boston, and Leo Burnett, Chicago.

    PETER RIVERA, vice president and executive creative director of Modem Media in San Francisco, is leaving to join America Online as design director. In the new post, Rivera will help define and craft AOL's entertainment offering for its narrowband and broadband service.
  • MAJA MIJATOVIC, EILEEN CASEY: Horizon Media
    Horizon Media announced that MAJA MIJATOVIC has been promoted to senior national radio buyer and that EILEEN CASEY joins the company as a national radio buyer. Mijatovic advances to senior national radio buyer, up from national radio buyer. She began her media career when she joined Horizon Media in October 1998, was hired as an assistant network radio buyer and was promoted to buyer in July 2000. Casey comes to Horizon from MediaVest where she was most recently a radio buyer. She spent two years at MediaVest as a network radio broadcast assistant before she was promoted to buyer.

The newly formed Online Promotions Council, based in New York, was founded in March 2003 and is an independent subsidiary of The Direct Marketing Association.
