    Out-Of-Home media agency Project X has announced the appointment of Rick Robinson as Chief Strategy Officer effective immediately.  Robinson will oversee strategy, sales, media planning and marketing for the agency, reporting to CEO John Laramie. Robinson is a 36-year veteran of the OOH industry. He most recently served as the Chief Creative Officer in Residence at the Out-Of-Home Advertising Association Of America. Earlier he served as partner and CSO at Billups. He also served at MacDonald Media and Outfront Media. Robinson is a member of OAAA Hall of Fame.

    Jae Goodman, founder and former CEO of Observatory, is joining the board of digtial product placement startup Ryff. Using propietary AI technology Ryff virtually inserts products into fully mastered and edited content. The company was formed in 2018 and is led by founder and CEO Roy Taylor. After leading the agency for 16 years, Goodman stepped down as Observatory CEO last month. He was succeeded in the role by Brendan Shields-Shimizu.     Huntington Beach, CA-based ad agency Innocean has promoted Cindy Scott to Chief Strategy Officer. She was previously senior vice president, strategy.  The agency said Scott is the first female to hold a C-level position there.  Separately Nancy Alley has been named svp/HR & Administration and Ginger Christensen has been appointed svp/ Account Management for Hyundai luxury division Genesis.  Alley joins from Deutsch where she was most recently executive vice president and Chief Talent Officer.  Christensen joins from Saatchi & Saatchi where she was Group Account Director leading Toyota Retail Sales Event and Toyota Dealer Association operations.
