    San Francisco-based agency MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER promoted Michelle Spear from executive producer to associate partner and head of production. Spear has been with the agency since its 2009 inception. She recently worked on digital campaigns for Slavery Footprint, iMeet, and Google, and broadcast work for New Amsterdam Spirits, Annie’s organic foods, and the Golden State Warriors basketball team. Prior to joining MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER, Spear worked at BBDO as a creative manager, then producer.
