Bloomberg LP - Marketing Coordinator & Administrator - Bloomberg Media

The Role:

Bloomberg is seeking a passionate, obsessively organized executor, who can support the efforts of Bloomberg Media's Global Marketing division.

The Global Media Marketing team at Bloomberg Media is a scrappy, creative, and collaborative team designed to conceive of and execute on ideas with a focus on results. We are tasked with the exciting challenge of marketing Bloomberg Media to both advertisers and consumers.

This position will help with administrative tasks, as well as manage project timelines, perform competitive research, wrangle data, schedule meetings, write presentations & proposals, help coordinate events, liaise with internal teams, and more. The ideal candidate will have a high energy level and effectively build relationships with team members across other business areas, and with external clients and partners at all levels. He or she will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role, as well as a commitment to superior service.

Qualifications:

- Curious, smart, and passionate
- Excellent time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
_ Results-oriented with excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong team player and commitment to superior service
- Proficiency with the Bloomberg terminal and Bloomberg administrative processes a plus
- 2+ years of recent and relevant experience, experience working with media and/or marketing preferred
- Bachelors degree required
