  • OpenSkies
    Optimedia US
    Optimedia US was named media agency of record for OpenSkies, a subsidiary of British Airways. The agency will be responsible for broadcast, print and out of home media. Optimedia also handles media buying and planning for British Airways globally. In addition to establishing OpenSkies in the U.S., Optimedia will work to launch the airline in major cities throughout the European Union.

  • Harrah's Entertainment
    BBDO West
    Harrah's Entertainment has split with its agency, TracyLocke and named BBDO West advertising agency of record for the Harrah's, Harrah's Resort, Showboat, Harvey's and Grand Biloxi brands. In February, BBDO West was named brand steward for Harrah's and Harrah's Resort, leading creative and strategic development.

    Y&R North America
    Doubletree tapped Y&R North America as creative agency on its $15 million advertising account. DraftFCB San Francisco previously handled the work.
  • Miele Canada
    Lowe Roche
    Appliance maker Miele Canada named Lowe Roche as its agency of record. The agency was awarded the account along with public relations partner, Maverick and media buying company Wills & Co., following a review.
