TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles named Will Hammond as creative director, focusing on the Visa account. Hammond comes to TBWA from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners where he was an associate creative director, working with Adobe, Emerald Nuts and Hyundai. In addition, Shaun Rance joined the Visa creative team as interaction designer.
