Conduit is splitting into two separate entities. Though seen as part of the move, the browser-toolbar and mobile startup has yet to confirm purchasing Perion, TechCrunch reports. Once the slit is
complete, one part of the company is expected to focusing on mobile, while the other half will develop a Web site toolbar. Combined, Conduit is estimated to be worth about $1.4 billion.
