Tom Flint has joined the Minneapolis office of Digitaria as senior director of strategy. He will lead strategy for Digitaria’s Midwest clients, reporting to Mark Newcomer, senior vice president, strategy. Flint joins Digitaria from the Gabriel deGrood Bendt, where he was director of digital, leading the digital marketing unit of the Twin Cities’ integrated marketing communications firm, and managing a team of designers, developers, project managers and strategists. Prior to that, Flint held a series of positions at the Minneapolis agency Periscope, where he began as senior interactive designer and concluded as digital strategy director, making the leap from creative to strategy. He has worked with clients such as UnitedHealth Group, Activision, Arctic Cat, Cox Communications, Samsung, Target and Toyota, among others.
