Street Fight today posted an article explaining what programatic ad-buying means for the small business market.

The article reads,"...[W]hen you’re a small business, you don’t have the a large sum of money for tests, which typically don’t work in the first place. Outside of retargeting, it’s typically very difficult to generate the type of tangible results that SMBs look for."
