BIZ DEV: Organic Named AOR For PulteGroup

Homebuilding company, PulteGroup, has named Organic as its agency of record, following a review. Organic will lead all strategy, creative, and digital experience across the PulteGroup brand portfolio, including its Centex, Pulte Homes, Del Webb and Pulte Mortgage brands. Organic’s Omnicom sister shop, Agency 720, which specializes in local marketing, will help to execute TV, radio and print elements. “…We were impressed with Organic’s strategic approach to customer engagement along the entire shopping, purchase, and ownership journey,” said Jim Van Kirk, vice president, marketing communications, PulteGroup, Inc. in a statement. “Understanding the need to create engagement in an increasingly digital real estate market was a determining factor in our decision to partner with them.”  Founded in 1993, Organic currently works with Hilton Worldwide, Kimberly Clark, Procter & Gamble, Intel, Pepsi, and Visa, among others. The company spent $7.4 million on measured media in 2012 and $1.7 million between January and June of 2013, according to Kantar Media.
