REVOLVING DOOR: Rapport Names Chris Ferranti As VP, East Coast

Rapport, a global out-of-home media planning and buying agency, hired Chris Ferranti as vice president, east coast. He joins the agency from Mediavest, where he led the out-of-home business for P&G as vice president, group activation director. Prior to that, he worked at Kinetic as business director.
