Pereira & O'Dell promoted Rafael Rizuto and Eduardo Marques to creative directors, up from associate creative directors, in the agency's San Francisco office. In addition, Alexandre Santos was named director of operations for Pereira & O'Dell's Brazil offices of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
