Doner London tapped Rich McCoy as digital creative director and Nigel Carlos as social media director. McCoy will work from the agency's office in Bradford on Avon, while Carlos will be based in
London. Both will report to Nik Margolis, managing partner of Doner London. McCoy will be responsible for managing creative output for all digital advertising, eCRM, websites, mobile and digital
content. He will be working across Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Invisalign, D-Link and Nikon accounts, as well Doner's U.S.-based clients including Pet Supplies Plus, The UPS Store, and Cat's Pride. Most
recently, McCoy was a senior digital art director at The Just Group in Melbourne, Australia. In his new role, Carlos will be responsible for overseeing Doner's social media offering. Specifically, he
will manage the newly won social media account for Invisalign throughout the UK, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, as well as leading on the Fiat, Jeep, Chrysler and Alfa Romeo accounts. Most
recently, he led the social strategy and output for Suzuki cars, Magners and Remy Martin at The Red Brick Road. Prior to that, he was head of social at London-based social media agency Neoco working
with Sony Europe, Ubisoft, Sega and Channel 4. "As an integrated agency it's important that we invest in best of class talent across all disciplines," said Margolis. "Rich and Nigel represent the
evolution of our creative and social offerings. Having worked in both specialist and integrated agencies, they each possess a clear understanding of how digital and social fit within the wider media
landscape. They are very rare breeds and we're excited to welcome them onboard.
