Initiative Media North America named former Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide Media Director FRED WRAY Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Initiative Media, Central Region. Wray will be based in Chicago and oversee the Interpublic Group of Cos. media network's operations in Chicago, Cleveland and Dallas. Wray spent 20 years at FCB, rising to run the agency's $8 billion global media operation.
