responsibility and oversaw sales and marketing, product development, technical and financial operations. He rose to the General Manager position after holding positions as Associate Publisher and
National Advertising Director. Before he moved to SmartMoney.com, Tosto was the New York Advertising Manager for SmartMoney magazine from 1995 to 1999 and an Account Executive from 1993 to 1995.
