ALLEN R. DUNAWAY as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Jobing.com, Dunaway was
the Chief Financial Officer at Opnix Inc., an Internet traffic management company. Dunaway was also Vice President and CFO at medical device company Orthologic Corp.
