RICHARD J. KOSINSKI to east coast sales director, based in New York. Kosinski joined Forbes.com in 2002 as New York regional sales manager from CNET Networks,
where he was vice president, news sales. Previously he worked at
The Asian Wall Street Journal as ad director, based in Hong Kong.
