R. WAYNE JACKSON as global leader of the firm’s entertainment and media practice. Jackson will oversee PricewaterhouseCoopers’ assurance, tax,
and advisory work with many of the entertainment and media industry’s leading companies. He will spearhead the PricewaterhouseCoopers entertainment & media practice’s business development, marketing,
communications and knowledge management efforts. Jackson replaces outgoing entertainment and media practice global leader
KEVIN CARTON, who will retire from the firm on June 30, 2004.
