Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles announced new members to the consumer communications department. JASON JORDHAMO was named interactive and emerging technologies media director and JIM LORDEN was named media director of Toyota business. BRUCE MCDERMOTT takes on role of brand integration director. Jordhamo oversees all interactive media planning and integrated sponsorships for Toyota. He comes to Saatchi from Doner Advertising in Newport Beach, where he was associate media director on the Mazda, PacifiCare, PacSun, and Black & Decker accounts. Lorden is responsible for setting offline media strategy for Toyota’s car segment, parts and service, and Toyota Certified Used Vehicles and Sales Events. Previously, he was senior partner, communications strategy director for Mediaedge:cia in New York. McDermott leads the events and promotions marketing group for Toyota. He joins Saatchi as a tenured marketing professional from Wunderman (Young & Rubicam Brands), where he was senior vice president.
