ideas to the agency and will report to Gary Stein, group director of marketplace insights at Eleven. Tshionyi will lead production initiatives across a range of the agency's accounts and report to
Anastacia Maggioncalda, head of integrated production at the San Francisco-based agency. Prior to joining Eleven, Richard was a senior innovation strategist at Heat, where he spent several years
working on strategic technology projects for Electronic Arts, AOL, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of the West, Levi's, Pure Storage and Dolby. Most recently, Tshionyi worked at ChapterSF on Silent Circle. Prior
to that, Tshionyi spent time at McCann Erickson San Francisco working on Microsoft, and AKQA San Francisco where he worked on clients like Nike, Old Navy, Gap, Red Bull and Jordan Brand. "Aaron and TJ
