Conservative Leaders Meet In Washington To Push Defeat Trump Campaign

Conservative leaders met in Washington D.C. Thursday, at the Army and Navy Club, to discuss how to stop Donald Trump from becoming the GOP nominee. They are calling for what they termed a “unity ticket.” The group included founder of RedState.com, Erick Erickson, and Bill Wichterman, former Bush 43 advisor. Around 24 people attended, with conservative columnist Quin Hillyer emerging as the spokesperson for the attendees.
