The Huffington Post has received word that billionaire and GOP kingmaker Charles Koch is committed to getting House Speaker Paul Ryan nominated for president. Koch is confident Ryan will emerge as the favorite Republican choice if Trump falls more than 100 delegates short of securing the nomination before the Convention in July.
