New Front Opens In Ted Cruz's Citizenship Question

D.C.-based law professor Victor Williams has found a novel way to litigate Ted Cruz’s citizenship question -- Williams is running for president himself. Attempts to bring Cruz to trial over his citizenship have so far failed because of standing: Plaintiffs cannot prove a personal injury should Cruz continue to be allowed to run for president. Williams contests that Cruz “has fraudulently represented himself as constitutionally qualified for the office of president.”
