Assembly hired Joel Pacheco as chief talent officer, a new position at the agency. Pacheco will lead MDC Media Partners' HR team and report to Martin Cass, CEO of Assembly and MDC Media Partners. Most
recently, he worked for six years at WPP's Kantar Media Ad Intelligence as senior vice president of global human resources. Prior to that, Pacheco was vice president, global human resources at
Raritan, Inc., running HR teams across North America, Europe and Asia. "We could not be more thrilled to have Joel join us in this role," said Cass. "He is a highly motivated individual who
understands the nuances and importance of recruitment and retention, and we know he will bring tremendous value to Assembly."
