Iris hired Mike Giannone as chief strategy officer and Marie Davidheiser as managing director of the New York office. Most recently, Giannone was group strategy director at Grey NY. Prior to Grey, he
was vice president, strategic planning director at Innocean on Hyundai and See's Candies. He has also held strategy and new business roles at The Garage Team Mazda/WPP and Saatchi & Saatchi LA. At
iris, Giannone will work across the New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Sao Paulo offices, leading the strategy and planning teams. As managing director for iris New York, Davidheiser is charged with
overseeing day-to-day management of the office. She joins the agency from Jack Moton NY, where she served as senior vice president, general manager.
