Sen. Chuck Schumer Pours $1.7 Million Into Close Senate Races

New York Sen. Chuck Schumer has spent $1.7 million on close Senate races across the country, vying to enter 2017 as the Senate Majority Leader. About $1 million of that comes from his personal campaign funds, given that his race is pretty much sewn up. He has given more than $200,000 to Democratic candidates in Wisconsin, Indiana, North Carolina and Missouri.
