Trump: U.S. Taxpayers Will Pay For Wall, Mexico Will Reimburse

Trump has asked Congress to foot the bill for building a wall on the Southern border, estimated at a cost of $8 billion to $10 billion, saying Mexico will reimburse the U.S. for it. Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has said Mexico will not pay for such a wall, leaving it unclear as to how Trump will pull off one of his major campaign promises.
