R/GA Los Angeles has expanded its leadership team to include Adrian Barrow as executive strategy director; Brandon Mugar as co-executive creative director; and Jai Tedeschi as executive production director.

Their arrival follows the recent appointment of senior vice president, managing director, Nicky Bell and rounds out the existing leadership team, which includes Kalle Hellzen, co-executive creative director and Kat Friis, executive production director, US Content Studio.

Barrow brings 25 years of global experience to his new role. He has held director level positions at agencies including J. Walter Thompson, Saatchi & Saatchi, Goodby Silverstein & Partners and DMB&B.

Mugar joins the agency from Wieden + Kennedy, where he served as freelance creative director on the Samsung account. He has 14 years of agency experience, working on clients like HBO, Adidas, Jordan, Airbnb and Axe.

Tedeschi is transferring from R/GA London, where she spent three years helping grow the office and working on Beats by Dre, Nike, Heineken and Google. She previously worked as head of digital production at adam&eveDDB and production director at Lowe and AKQA.
