Dynamic Consultants Group has launched a GDPR add-on for Microsoft 365.

GDPRoactive allows consumers to remove personal information, and can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Compliance Management, the company says.

The tool also allows companies to detect and redact sensitive data fields, it adds.

GDPRoactive includes such features as Audit Cleanup, facilitating the removal of historical data from audit logs, and EU Records Check, which helps users to create predefined EU searches to determine which data  should be removed.

Also included is Bulk Delete, enabling companies to purge noncompliant data from Dynamics 365 through automation, the company says.

In addition, the add-on provides a data requirement dictionary builder.
