PRIMEDIA Consumer Guides has named DAVID CRAWFORD president and COO of the Consumer Guides Group, consisting of Apartment Guides, New Home Guides and DistribuTech. In addition, the company has promoted ARLENE MAYFIELD to president, Apartment Guides; JAMIE GALLO to president, consumer Internet; and ROBERT MCCRAY was elevated to president of Auto Guide.
