MKTG.partners, an entertainment and sports marketing, events and promotion company, has opened a west coast office in San Francisco. PATTY HUBBARD will oversee the office. In her new role as partner, Hubbard will secure new business and service some of the agency's major clients. Most recently, Hubbard was president and general manager of On Board Entertainment.
