LIZ GRUSZKIEVICZ, previously of JWT, Chicago has been tapped as the group account director of La Agencia de Orcí & Asociados. TEDDY HAYES, previously of Foote, Cone & Belding, has joined Orcí as vice president, media director; JOSE GONZALEZ has been tapped as managing director; and ROBERTO RUIZ has been promoted to managing director with responsibility for Client Services.
