To promote awareness of the Fraud Watch Network for the 50+ demographic, AARP Fraud rolled out a targeted email campaign. Aside from raising awareness, the campaign also offered ways to avoid gift card scams, as well as fraud-prevention resources and services for preventing fraud and scams. The messaging varied depending on the level of engagement with the program and the recipient’s member status. This campaign boasted clean, elegant design, engaging graphics, watchdog alerts, location-based scam reports and more.
