ProMedia Group has acquired WorldCargo News and Bulk Materials International.

Terms were not disclosed. 

The Dutch-based publisher also owns Railfreight.com, Project Cargo Journal, Nieuwsblad Transport (Dutch), Schuttevaer (Dutch), and Flows (Belgian).

“This acquisition strengthens our position as an international logistic news provider, allowing us to deliver even more valuable news to our audience,” says Arie van Dijk, CEO of ProMedia Group.
