New Tool Helps Podcast Advertisers Lock In Their Ads, Firm Says

Flightpath has unveiled a technology designed to help podcast advertisers lock in ads.

The new offering exposes oversold events and other problems that might affect delivery, including those promised by Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), the software company claims.

“Promising an episode locked placement is easy, but DAI makes living up to these promises difficult,” says Sean Howard, CEO of Flightpath. “Buyers expect these placements to be served in every download or listen within a set time period.”

Flightpath’s new capability ensures that alerts and reports work on supported DAI platforms and that episode locks are properly configured, it claims. In addition, it provides freedom to use baked-in sales strategies.

"Podcast publishers and networks need to unlock revenue potential while still addressing buyer demand for episode locked inventory," says Laurie Belleau, CRO, Flightpath.

One Flightpath user is AdLarge.

“As we manage hundreds of campaigns every week, it's crucial to have a tool that can swiftly pinpoint and resolve any potential delivery issues,” says Ilwira Marciszek, senior VP and head of revenue operations and digital sales, AdLarge.

Flightpath empowers AdLarge to deliver with reliability and accountability, Marciszek adds.
