SANDRA CARREON-JOHN has joined Madison Square Garden as vice president, sports team publicity.  She will develop and implement broad-based public relations plans for the Knicks, Rangers and Liberty. Most recently, as director, media relations at ESPN, she oversaw and implemented public relations activities for ESPN Enterprises.
