Rainbow Media has named MARLEA WILLIS as senior director of public relations for its national networks AMC and WE tv. Prior to joining Rainbow Media, Willis was the director of public relations for A&E Network and The Biography Channel. In addition, Rainbow Media promoted SEAN FASSETT to vice president of research for AMC and DANIEL MARCU to vice president of research for the Independent Film Channel.
