JOUETTE TRAVIS was named executivevice president-managing director of Carat Dallas. She will be responsible for operations of the Carat Dallas office, leading local business development and overseeing strategic development for existing clients, such as RadioShack, Game Stop and Rent-a-Center. Jouette joins Carat from OMD Dallas, where she served as senior vice president-managing director.
