AMY AUERBACH as senior vice
president, director of digital. Auerbach joins Initiative from PHDiQ, the digital arm of PHD, where she led its East Coast operations as director of interactive, overseeing digital media for Chrysler,
HBO, Discovery Networks, Siemens and AIG.
