Initiative promoted KEVIN COLLINS to senior vice president, director, national broadcast. Previously vice president, associate director, national broadcast, Collins will lead buying duties for the MillerCoors business, operating under the new stand-alone MC Media agency umbrella. He will also take a larger role for all Initiative sports TV negotiations.
