According to an article in AdWeek today, Roche Laboratories has assigned the media buying for its Xenical fat-fighting drug and Tamiflu influenza medication to Media Marketing Solutions, the New York-based unit of The Media Edge. MMS was the general-market buying incumbent for both drugs. With a budget estimated at $50 million, the assignment includes direct response buying.
